UFC 101 was a complete success in every way. George beat his opponent via tapout 2 minutes into the second round. George's fight was aired immediately following BJ Penn's fight to conclude the pay per view broadcast. George's complete domination and extremely impressive showing resulted in the UFC contacting us Tuesday to inform us that George will be fighting again on pay per view November 14 from Manchester, England versus local Terry Etim. www.ufc.com/TerryEtim. George will resume his training following his wedding this Sunday back on the west coast with a rigourous 12 week training program.
